Customers can request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Since we follow a no refund policy, cancellation requests after payment confirmation may not be accepted once processing has started.
Amma's Diary Collections may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure or delivery service issues.
