At Amma's Diary Collections, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. Please read our policy before placing an order.
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and payment is completed.
Size exchange is allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packing and tags.
Size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, exchange may not be possible.
If you receive a wrong product from our side, we will provide a free replacement after verification.
Customers must record a clear parcel opening video from the beginning before opening the package.
If there is any damage, wrong product, or missing item, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the parcel opening video and photos.
Without a proper opening video, damage or missing item claims cannot be accepted.
For size exchange, return shipping charges and re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
